Parchment Paper

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Idle Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 lemon (1 tablespoon juice, 1 tablespoon zest)

Topping

  • ¾ cup white Chocolate, melted (optional)
  • Powdered Sugar

Directions:

In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and butter until creamed.

Then add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and well combined.

Scoop out small portions of the cream cheese mixture into truffle-sized balls, then place on the parchment covered baking sheet. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave until smooth.

Once chilled, dip each truffle into melted white chocolate and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.

Coat each in powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy!
