Yield: 1 Flatbread Pizza

Equipment:

Baking sheet

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Bake Time: 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Flatbread Crust
  • 1 cup sweet barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • ½ cup sliced red onions

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Lay out your flatbread and pour the barbecue sauce all over the bread. Spread evenly with a spoon or rubber spatula to the edge of the flatbread.
  1. Cover all the barbecue sauce with an even coating of the 2 cups of shredded colby jack cheese.
  1. Then evenly spread the chicken on top of the cheese.
  1. Lastly place red onion slices throughout the pizza.
  1. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and edge of the flatbread are not flimsy anymore.

  1. Remove from the oven and cut and enjoy immediately.

Notes:

  • Add other desired toppings to the BBQ pizza like:
    • Bacon
    • Regular onions
    • Red pepper flakes
    • Mozzarella cheese
