Ingredients

Cookie Dough:
- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
Ice Cream:
- 2 ½ cups frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- ½ cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- ¼ cup vegan chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon almond extract

Directions
In a blender add the almond butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt and blend together


Mix in the chocolate chips once the mixture has formed a dough.

Use your hands to roll little balls of cookie until you have used all the dough. Place in a bowl in the freezer while you prepare your shake.

In a mixer, blend the frozen bananas, oat milk, almond butter, coconut cream, almond extract and vegan chocolate chips together.

At this point you should have a thick shake consistency.

Pour about half of the shake into a cup, add some cookie dough balls and add the rest of the shake on top. Top with some more cookie dough chunks and chocolate chips if you want a little extra chocolate and enjoy!
